Welcome to the 2020 fall lacrosse clinic. We are excited to get back on the field this fall and play lacrosse.
For new players we have extra lacrosse sticks and helmets and some pads for your son to borrow for the clinic. Your son will need to come with a mouth guard and water bottle.
For returning players please bring your lacrosse stick, full pads, helmet, mouth guard and water bottle.
The clinic is on the next 4 Sundays from 10-11am at the North Middlesex High School. Please plan to park on the far left of the North Middlesex High School building when facing the front of the school. The lacrosse field will be behind the school so it's a little bit of a walk to the field. We ask that only one parent drop off your child or ideally if they feel comfortable you should have them walk to the field alone from the parking lot. We completely understand if your child is new they will want you to be there so you are welcome to stay (with your mask on at all times). Your child should arrive with their mask on and then when the clinic starts they can remove their mask. When your child leaves they will need to place their mask back on. We will have them walk back to the parking lot when the clinic is over and you can pick them up there.
We will have a table set up where we will be selling NM Lax masks ($10), Magnets ($5) and socks ($15). If you are interested in purchasing any of these items please bring exact cash or you can write a check to NM Youth Lacrosse.
Please make sure to follow these rules when participating in the fall lacrosse clinic:
In order to participate or attend, participants, volunteers, coaches and spectators must show no sign or symptoms of COVID-19 for at least 14 days.
Players should wear masks when arriving and departing the field or during times when social distancing is not possible on the field.
Each athlete will be limited to one adult chaperone for spectating, pick up, and drop off. We prefer chaperones not stay for the practices to limit the number of people at the field.
All spectators must wear face coverings.
Players must achieve proper hand hygiene by using provided hand sanitizer before and after practice.
Players should go directly to their designated quadrant and place all their belongings on a cone and wait there for further directions.
Restrooms will remain closed.
There are no pets allowed on the school grounds.
Water fountains will be shut off, therefore please ensure your child has a water bottle labelled with their name with them at each session.
Any participants, organizers, spectators, volunteers and facility employees in a high risk category should not participate or attend any organized sports activities.
