We rely on Volunteers stepping in to help ensure a positive and successful season for all players.

Volunteering supports everything from game-day operations to fundraising efforts that help keep registration costs affordable. 

We truly appreciate the time and support our volunteers provide, your involvement makes a meaningful difference for our players and our program.

Concession Stand

It’s important to note that all of our Board members have players in the program, and many also serve as coaches. We are unable to open and close the concession stand multiple times throughout the day.

As a result, filling all volunteer slots is required to keep the concession stand open. If we are unable to staff all required volunteer positions for a game day, the concession stand may:

• Open Late – if morning slots have not all been filled.

• Close Early – if morning slots are fully staffed but not all afternoon slots are filled.

• Remain Closed – if unfilled slots occur throughout the day.

Our organization relies heavily on fundraising, the generous support of local sponsors, and families volunteering throughout the season.

Funds raised go directly toward essential team expenses, including field fees, game officials, equipment, and overall program operations. Our goal is to keep registration costs affordable for families, continue offering our no-cost Learn 2 Lax program, and provide Hardship Scholarships for families facing financial challenges.

Each year, we support our program through a variety of fundraising efforts. Our focus is on identifying opportunities that keep costs low for families while minimizing the need to ask family and friends for donations.

Annual Fundraising Activities Include:

• Concession stand at home games

• Team merchandise sales
